We’ll start with a look at the legal market (size, breakdown of firm sizes, compare international markets, etc.),then discuss the new media landscape compared to the way it was and how you need to alter your marketing to fit it and discussing what influences ILTA members when purchasing. Walk away with tips, tricks and legal resources you can use immediately.

Future Horizon Project - Update & Vendor Implications
The aim of this session is to summarize the critical emerging findings from the study and discuss the resulting implications and opportunities for vendors in the sector. Possible themes for discussion could include:
- Mapping technology solutions to key strategic and operational priorities emerging from the study
- Key technologies vendors need to have on their radar
- The role of long term technology roadmaps

Purchasing Trends of ILTA Law Firms
Last but not least, we will be reviewing the results from this year’s ILTA member technology purchasing survey. The report includes data from 224 ILTA law firms of all sizes including: what percentage of firm revenue they spend on technology; what they purchased last year; what they will be purchasing next year; did their budgets increase or decrease; what vendors gave exceptional customer service; etc. Session attendees will receive a hardcopy report.
